A legal disclaimer

Focalpoint Outdoors is a brand of Focalpoint Optics Ltd and complies with UK law.


General


You must accept these terms before purchasing goods from Focalpoint Outdoors.

All products are subject to availability.

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us (whether from the showroom, by telephone or via our website) are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us by way of delivery of the goods to you;  at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you the purchaser and us the seller. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

All prices are quoted in GBP by default and include taxes where applicable. We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom and therefore do not offer any other currency options.

All website content is either the property of Focalpoint Outdoors or suppliers. Permission is given to all users of the website to electronically copy and print sections of this website for personal use only. Any other use is prohibited.


Stock Policy


We aim to hold stocks of all items that we display on the website, however in some cases stock may not be available from our suppliers. When this applies the website will not usually allow an order to be placed or paid for, we sometimes allocate these to Pre-order allowing us to order the quantity required. Pre-order products usually ship within 10 working days. In some cases it may take longer upon receipt of your order we will notify you of an estimated delivery period.

 

If a product is showing 'out of stock' but you select it anyway the 'Add to Basket' button changes to 'Notify me'. If you fill in a back in stock request you will automatically be emailed when that product comes back into stock. 


Occasionally, due to human error, our stock levels may be incorrect, if we don't have an item that you have ordered we will contact you with options of how to proceed.


Payment Methods


The Focalpoint Outdoors website uses secure payment solutions to allow you to pay online using, credit or debit card amongst other online payments such as Klarna, Apple Pay, Android Pay and PayPal Credit. 

Focalpoint Outdoors does not offer finance and does not make recommendations on finance applications. Focalpoint Outdoors offers buy now pay later solutions in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options.

Returns Policy

 

PLEASE NOTE: FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS OF UNDERWEAR, SOCKS, WASHROOM ACCESSORIES AND FOR SAFETY REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY FOOD PRODUCTS.


We want you to be delighted with your purchase and we realise that with many products it is not always possible to be completely sure that the fit or other features of the product are exactly what you want, no matter how comprehensive the information is on the website. For this reason we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange of your purchase (at your discretion), provided the item is returned unused, in its original condition with all tags and supporting information (such as packing notes) within 28 days of you receiving it. Please note that you must notify us within 14 days and the product received a further 14 days after.

 

All refunds will exclude any Postage paid unless the goods are faulty. Where goods are faulty a full refund will be issued, inclusive of postage. 

 

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return of unwanted goods. The only exception to this is that we will reimburse reasonable postage costs for faulty items that are returned. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return goods as we are not responsible for any losses for goods that we do not receive.

 

We are unable to accept returns for special ordered items that we do not stock. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.

Focalpoint Outdoors want to meet your expectations in every way. We try hard to ensure that the details contained in this website are accurate but we cannot accept any responsibility for errors that have gone undetected.
