All online orders are eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange as long as you notify Focalpoint Outdoors of your intention to return your order. You must notify Focalpoint Outdoors within 14 days of receipt of your order and return your order no longer than 14 days after notifying us. Failing to do so will affect our ability to refund, exchange or replace your items.

Returning items you must fill out the form at the bottom of this page and include whether you would like a refund, exchange or replacement. If you would like us to replace faulty items, the faulty items must be photographed and defects listed in the contact form.

In certain cases Focalpoint Outdoors reserves the right to extend the returns window especially around seasonal changes.

B-Grade items or second hand are eligible for refund or exchange only due to the nature of these items.
